I’ll be honest – before the other day I don’t think I have ever intentionally listened to a rapper from Milwaukee (well, maybe except for CooCooCal). But, rapper JC Poppe, and MaadManagement along with HipHopDX came together to change the perception of the masses, (that Milwaukee doesn’t have a hip-hop scene) and I think they may have succeeded.
